Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at Nestcura Connections, you will provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, developing care plans and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and client condition
- Educate clients and family members on disease management and health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Document care according to medical and regulatory standards
- Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides as part of the care team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
